If you leave, you still get your evidence out
Evidence packs you have already generated stay downloadable for a full 30 days after your subscription ends — whether you cancel, a payment fails, or a trial runs out without one. A suspended account can still sign in and download its packs from the billing area: a card that stopped working does not lock you out of the packs you have already built.
We would rather be precise than sound generous. After those 30 days the underlying evidence files are deleted — and so is the downloadable pack archive, because the ZIP holds copies of those same files. What stays is the record of each pack (its date range, contents list, and file hashes) alongside your policies, audits, and findings, removed only when you ask us to.

Pricing questions
You get full access for 14 days with no card required. If it fits your home, add a plan before the trial ends to keep going. If not, nothing happens — the account simply becomes read-only.
No. Both plans are one flat fee with unlimited team members. You pay per home, not per person, so the whole team can use it without adding cost.
Yes. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You cancel from the billing area in a couple of clicks and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
You keep access to download your evidence packs from the billing area for a full 30 days, so you have that whole window to take everything you need. After it, the underlying evidence files are deleted — and so is the downloadable pack archive, because the ZIP holds copies of those same files. What is kept as part of your compliance record beyond that is the record of each pack: its date range, contents list and file hashes, alongside your policies, audits and findings. Those are removed only when you ask us to. You can also request a full export by emailing privacy@inspectready.co.uk, which we honour within one month. Download your packs before the 30 days are up.

Your application data — policies, audits, and evidence files — is stored in the UK. Some supporting services such as billing, email, monitoring, and security checks process limited data under the safeguards listed in our subprocessor page. Evidence files are held in private storage and only ever served over secure, access-controlled links.
