No. Both plans are one flat fee with unlimited team members. You pay per home, not per person, so the whole team can use it without adding cost.

Yes. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You cancel from the billing area in a couple of clicks and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your data stays available to download for the retention period after cancellation. You can also request a full export by emailing privacy@inspectready.co.uk, which we honour within one month. We never delete your compliance history without notice.

Single Home covers one care home. Small Group covers 2 to 5 homes with multi-home management and an organisation-level readiness rollup, while keeping each home’s data fully separate.

Your application data — policies, audits, and evidence files — is stored in the UK. Some supporting services such as billing, email, monitoring, and security checks process limited data under the safeguards listed in our subprocessor page. Evidence files are held in private storage and only ever served over secure, access-controlled links.
