Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 February 2026
1. Introduction
These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of the InspectReady website at inspectready.co.uk (“the Site”), including our free tools and waitlist. The Site is operated by Crocker Digital Ltd (Company No. 17008789), registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Free Tools
We provide free CQC compliance tools (self-assessments, audit schedule generators, evidence gap checkers, and similar). These tools are provided for general informational and educational purposes only.
- Tool outputs are guidance, not professional advice. They do not replace qualified legal, regulatory, or healthcare compliance advice.
- All data you enter into our free tools is processed entirely in your browser. We do not store, transmit, or collect any data you enter.
- We may update, modify, or discontinue any tool at any time without notice.
3. Waitlist
By joining our waitlist you provide your email address so we can notify you when InspectReady launches. We will not use your email for any other purpose without your explicit consent. You can request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing us.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, guides, tool designs, logos, and code — is owned by Crocker Digital Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except for reasonable personal or internal business use (e.g., printing a checklist for your care home).
5. Accuracy and Regulatory Information
Our content references CQC regulations, legislation, and guidance current at the time of writing. Regulations change. We review content regularly but cannot guarantee it reflects the very latest regulatory position. Always verify critical compliance decisions against the original source (e.g., legislation.gov.uk, CQC.org.uk).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crocker Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site shall not exceed the amount you have paid us (which, for the free Site and tools, is zero).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to external websites (e.g., legislation.gov.uk, CQC.org.uk). We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party sites.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
